Responsibilities in your new role as Restaurant General Manager

As our Restaurant General Manager, you will be the heart of our operation, dedicated to creating a positive, professional, and supportive culture where everyone thrives. You will play a pivotal role in recruiting, training, and developing talented team members, alongside supporting and coaching our supervisors and managers through regular one-to-ones and performance reviews. Leading by example, you’ll set impeccably high standards, fostering a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work and takes immense pride in delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for a natural leader who genuinely enjoys being part of the service, leading from the front with enthusiasm and dedication. You will excel at building positive relationships within your team, fostering a culture of accountability, support, and mutual respect. Crucially, you will bring proven experience from a busy, high-volume restaurant environment within the Hospitality sector. Your expertise will include a strong understanding of labour control and operational performance, coupled with a confident and engaging approach to coaching and developing others to reach their full potential in a similar leadership role.
