Rossie Young People’s Trust is seeking Youth Care Practitioners to provide care and support to young people in a safe, nurturing environment on a rolling 37-hour week rota. Training includes CALM and a five-day induction with mentorship and a Duty Manager handover before shifts begin.

Onboarding involves shadowing, learning about security, and ongoing professional development. The role requires resilience, teamwork, and a commitment to safeguarding and education support.
