Residential Therapeutic Worker – Recovery & Community

Job Description

Phoenix Futures West Aberdeenshire seeks a Therapeutic Worker to join a residential rehabilitation service. You will manage a caseload, assess service users and develop recovery-focused care plans, applying therapeutic approaches to meet individual needs across employment, education and health.

You will support day-to-day running, deliver therapeutic groups and interventions within the Therapeutic Community model, and work a rolling rota including evenings and weekends.
