Simonscotland is seeking a full-time Support Worker for their Rapid Access Women’s Accommodation service in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will support individuals in managing their mental health and housing needs while providing compassionate, trauma-informed care. Responsibilities include building trust, working collaboratively with partners, and fostering a positive environment. Candidates should have an SVQ 3 in social care and experience in supporting individuals affected by homelessness and mental health challenges. The position offers a 37.5-hour workweek on a rota basis without night shifts.
