Service Care Solutions are seeking an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join a supportive team and play a key role in delivering exceptional conveyancing services to our clients.
The Role You will manage a varied caseload of sales, purchases, and general conveyancing transactions, working both independently and as part of a supportive team. Attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach are essential in ensuring smooth and efficient client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a mixed caseload of residential sales, purchases, transfers of title, remortgages, and related conveyancing matters.
- Carrying out title examinations and preparing clear, accurate reports.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, including missives.
- Instructing and reviewing property searches.
About You:
- Previous experience as a residential property paralegal is essential.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and IT skills.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
- Commercially minded with a practical approach to problem solving.
