Residential Childcare Support Specialist

Job Description

Spark of Genius is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker to help young people with daily routines, preparation for school, meals and activities. You will work in a warm home environment, supporting emotional well-being and building trust through daily interactions.

Experience in care is preferred; a full UK driving licence is essential. Training will be provided, with opportunities to progress within the company and complete SVQ/HNC qualifications.
