Residential Care Registered Manager Lead & Safeguard

Job Description

Pebbles Care Limited is seeking an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager for our Residential Child Care service. You will lead a team, maintain compliance, and create a safe, nurturing environment for our children and young people, with support from senior leadership and our in-house psychology team.

The role requires Level 4 qualification or SCQF Level 7/HNC or Level 3 Residential Childcare, plus two years in residential care and at least one year leading a team.
