We are currently searching for an experienced Residential Administrator to join our client’s team in Haddington, where your contributions will be pivotal to the company’s success.
In this role, you will receive a competitive salary of 26,000 per year, and your working hours will follow a Monday to Friday schedule from 9am to 5pm.

Responsibilities within your new role
As a Residential Administrator, your responsibilities will include organising property inspections and viewings for surveyors, handling property inquiries, interacting with potential clients, and preparing valuation reports. You will also be responsible for processing fee notes using the company’s system, as well as maintaining communication with clients and managing office supply orders when necessary.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should have previous experience in property, estate agency, or a surveyor’s office, or possess a solid administrative background in a customer service-oriented environment. Proficiency in MS Office is crucial for this role.
