Greystar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join the Edinburgh team on a 20-hour/week schedule. You will help manage property operations, tenancy administration, and resident services to promote occupancy and a positive resident experience.

You will work with a team, support front-of-house services, handle inquiries and assist with events, marketing, and administrative tasks while upholding Greystar’s standards and safety policies.
