Job Description

Greystar in Edinburgh is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help manage the property and its community, including marketing, building maintenance and tenancy administration, with a focus on delivering an excellent resident experience to hit occupancy and retention goals.

You will work with a team, provide front-of-house service, handle queries and complaints per policy, support events, maintain local resident information, and assist with rent collection and notices.
