Resident Activity & Wellbeing Coordinator

Job Description

HC-One Ltd. is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to design and deliver engaging activities for residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes.

You will support fundraising efforts, promote social interaction, and bring energy and kindness to every interaction with residents and staff. You will need experience working with vulnerable individuals, strong planning and IT skills, and the ability to communicate warmly and clearly while safeguarding is observed and trained.
