Job Description
Position: Part time (35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends)
Your Role: As a key member of our Reservations team, you will be the first point of contact for guests booking their rejuvenating experience at Stobo Castle. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and warm personality will ensure each guest feels welcome and valued from their first inquiry to their arrival at the Castle.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to phone and online reservations, providing outstanding customer service and advice on our services.
- Managing bookings and maintaining accurate guest records within our reservations system.
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to guest reservations and bookings.
- Offering recommendations for packages and services based on guest preferences and needs.
- Ensuring all guest requests are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant departments.
- Contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, approachable, and positive individual with a passion for customer service.
- Strong communication skills, including an excellent telephone manner.
- Good organisational and computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing accurate and timely information.
- A flexible, can do attitude and the ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
