We’re looking for a Repairs & Factoring Admin Assistant to join a warm, supportive team and play a key role in delivering an excellent service to factored homeowners.
About the Role
As the Repairs & Factoring Admin Assistant, you will be the friendly and efficient first point of contact for owners, contractors, and internal teams. You’ll support the Factoring Team with a mix of customer service, repairs coordination, and general administration.
Your day-to-day will include:

Being the first point of contact for calls, emails, and queries from factored owners

Logging and processing repairs, answering repair-related questions, and raising proposed works

Supporting the administration of factoring complaints and responding to service queries

Providing admin support for Written Statements of Service

Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and local authorities

Assisting with owners’ meetings and keeping records and property/owner data up to date

Issuing welcome packs to new purchasers

Taking card payments and setting up/amending direct debits

Working closely with the Property Team on repair requests

General admin duties to keep the service organised, smooth, and efficient

Experience we’d love to see:

Background in repairs administration or property services
-
Experience within a factoring service

Administration experience within a housing association or property factor

Use of property/repairs systems

A basic understanding of common technical/property terms
