Lift Repair Estimator

We are looking for aLift Repairs Estimatorto join our Service team to cover the Glasgow area.

As an experienced Lift Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities for chargeable repair works from company maintenance portfolio and by reviewing engineers reports weekly.
  • Issue quotations as necessary to support incoming client insurance reports and isolated/defective units.
  • Responsible for creating prompt accurate quotations.
  • Responsible for issuing sufficient quote volume to attain required order intake value and profitability.
  • Responsible for regular contact with customers to ensure quotations are received and understood.
  • Manage and guide customer expectations on the companys services.
  • Support the regional office service administration functions, including taking calls when necessary.

Requirements

Previous experience in the lift industry is essential, ideally in a sales or estimating capacity.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in IT tools and systems related to quoting and customer management.
