Responsibilities
- Provide effective and responsive administration support for the Property Services Department.
- Administer the data collected and issued.
- Communicate with the Property Services team, the wider Southside HA community and contractors.
- Liaise with tenants to provide excellent customer service through face to face, telephone, email, letter, 3CX and Teams.
- Work independently, prioritise tasks and create best outcomes.
- Take minutes at meetings when required and work with the Repairs Coordinator to handle low level complaints.
- Cover other outputs within the Repairs Assistant role as identified with the individual.
Qualifications
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Contract and Salary
Full Time/Permanent
Hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
EVH Grade: 4 (Points 9-12) £27,068 to £30,610
40 days leave (inclusive of statutory leave)
