Directive Consulting, Irvine-based and remote-first, seeks a Paid Strategist to manage day-to-day client deliverables and craft high-performing Paid Social strategies for B2B clients across Technology, Industrial and Services sectors.

You’ll work with LinkedIn Ads, use Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo and 6Sense, analyze performance data, optimize budgets, and collaborate with internal teams to drive ROI and renewals. Travel roughly once per year.
