Remote IT Support Engineer – Frontline IT & Security

Job Description

BR-DGE, Edinburgh-based FinTech, is hiring an IT Support Engineer to keep our distributed team connected and productive. You will be the first point of contact for day-to-day IT support, partnering with People Operations and Engineering to empower our growing team across the business.

You will own the JML lifecycle, manage office tech and network infrastructure, maintain endpoints on macOS and Windows, deploy security patches, and oversee RBAC-based provisioning and software licenses.
