Remote Fostering Services Manager Scotland Lead

Job Description

Foster Care Associates Scotland is seeking a highly motivated Fostering Service Manager to develop and promote fostering services and lead a team of social workers across Scotland. Regular travel across the country will be a requirement.

You will be accountable for operational, regulatory and financial performance, reporting to the Registered Manager and providing strong leadership to ensure high-quality care for children and young people while supporting Foster Parents.
