Job Description

Sellick Partnership is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join a specialist employment law practice serving national businesses and household-name clients. This role focuses on high-quality advisory work with about 75% advising employer clients and 25% Tribunal work, though hearings are handled by Counsel.

The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in Employment Law, strong employer-side experience, and a commercial, proactive approach to managing their own caseload.
