We provide housing and care at home support to people with mental health issues. All support is provided on an outreach basis within people’s home or community. This service is available to people aged over 18, who live in Aberdeen City.

Responsibilities

  • Support people to take control of their life
  • Help them feel safe and secure in their home
  • Assist with budgeting and managing money
  • Guide them in accessing information on benefits and matters relating to their tenancy
  • Collaborate with other agencies and organisations
  • Facilitate utilisation of local facilities within their community
  • Encourage learning about volunteering, education and employment
  • Assist with exploring all opportunities
  • Support medication regime management
  • Help build skills around managing and maintaining household chores
