Relief House Manager – Flexible Shifts & Estate Support

McCarthy & Stone is seeking a Relief House Manager to cover ad-hoc shifts at estates in and around Glasgow, Scotland. The role offers flexible hours to be agreed with the Operations Manager, an hourly rate of £14.46 and mileage reimbursement.

The position requires welcoming homeowners, providing a friendly front-of-house service, and supporting collaboration with families and service partners. You will help maintain safe, well-kept estates and respond to emergencies professionally.
