Reliability Leader – FMCG Plant (Edinburgh)

Job Description

NT Engineering & Manufacturing in Edinburgh is seeking a Reliability Manager to lead the site’s reliability strategy and manage a team of reliability technicians and a planner. You will work closely with the Engineering Manager to improve equipment performance, reduce downtime and foster a culture of continuous improvement across a busy FMCG manufacturing site, ensuring planned maintenance is effective.

The role requires experience leading engineering or maintenance teams, a strong track record
