Rehabilitation Assistant Practitioner – Patient Centered Care

Job Description

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a therapy support worker to assist patients in rehabilitation under supervision and contribute to achieving individualized goals across clinical settings. You will undertake baseline assessments, support progressions of treatment programmes, and help discharge or transition care within defined parameters as part of a dedicated team.

The role requires an HNC or SVQ III in healthcare or equivalent, a full UK driving licence, and knowledge of health legislation.
