The Nursing and Midwifery Council is seeking a Lawyer to join the Sensitive and Complex Casework Team. Based in London or Edinburgh, the role focuses on high-risk, legally complex fitness to practice cases and requires strong regulatory advisory and case-management skills.

You will supervise junior staff, coordinate with internal teams and external firms, and provide timely, proportionate investigations and disclosures.
