We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN) to join our team. As an Registered Nurse at St Andrews, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the health and well being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor residents’ health status.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide wound care and other nursing procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate residents and their families about health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families.
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and other support staff.
