Care is delivered using a person-centred, collaborative and systematic approach involving a range of professionals, individuals and named advocates. We are seeking registrants to join our team, working to deliver the best care experience possible. Candidates should enjoy working in a busy environment and be person-centred in their approach, collaborating with patients, families, carers and the multidisciplinary team.

The in-patient areas work over 24 hours, 7 days per week and there will be a requirement to rotate onto night duty when required and in line with the new shift pattern of the area. We have recently changed to a condensed shift pattern working 11.5 hour shifts over a shorter working week.

Hours of work are: Full time – 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be considered and can be discussed at interview.

There will be opportunity to be involved in the development of the service and to continue with improvement work being undertaken in line with the NHS Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy ‘Living Life Well’. We have a structured staff review system and are keen to support personal and professional development.
