Job Description

Kingdom Group is seeking a dedicated Support & Care Manager to join the senior management team. This role oversees a team of Service Coordinators and acts as Registered Manager with the Care Inspectorate for services across multiple locations.

You will shape strategy, ensure high-quality, person-centred care, and lead service development, budgets and tenders. The role offers coaching, accountability and cross-location leadership across Fife, Forth Valley and Clackmannanshire.
