Registered Manager – Children’s Home & Care Leader

Job Description

Spark of Genius in Edinburgh is seeking a Registered Manager for a children’s home to drive high quality care and lead a small team. You will develop tailored care plans, support delivery of education and health needs, and ensure safeguarding standards are met.

You will engage with families, carers and professionals, manage risk, and contribute to continuous improvement through induction, training and performance reviews. A UK driving license is required.
