We’re looking for someone who is not only passionate about high quality care, but also commercially aware, proactive, and confident out in the community-someone who enjoys networking, spotting opportunities, and building a strong local presence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high performing care team
• Ensure full compliance with Care Inspectorate standards
• Oversee care planning, rotas, audits, and quality assurance
• Drive recruitment, retention, and staff engagement
• Build strong local partnerships and networks
• Support business growth and contribute to commercial success

What You’ll Need

• SVQ Social Services & Healthcare Level 4 (SCQF Level 9) or equivalent
• Experience in homecare with strong operational knowledge (care plans, rotas, audits)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Experience as a Registered Manager, Care Manager, or ambitious Deputy ready to step up
• A confident, friendly personality with strong relationship building skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, growth focused mindset
