Registered Manager – Inverness
Salary: Up to 65,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a well-established healthcare service in Inverness. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality care, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and fostering a positive, supportive environment for both staff and service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the service
- Ensure compliance with health and social care regulations and standards
- Manage and develop staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and quality assurance
- Promote a person-centred approach and continuous service improvement
