Registered Domiciliary Care Manager – Established Home Care Service
We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to lead an established home care service in Glasgow delivering approximately 600 care hours per week, primarily supporting elderly service users in the community.
The Role
As Registered Domiciliary Care Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day to day operations of the domiciliary care service
- Manage and maintain approximately 600 care hours per week
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safeguarding, and quality frameworks
- Lead, supervise, and develop the care and office teams
- Maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and professionals
- Support service stability and identify opportunities for continued growth
- Ensure high standards of person centred care are consistently delivered
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in domiciliary care management or a senior leadership role
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and safeguarding
- Level 4 qualification in Health & Social Care (attained or working towards preferred)
- Experience managing care hours and coordinating community care teams
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Confidence working independently with a high level of autonomy
