Regional Sales Manager – Scotland

A new Regional Sales Manager role covering Scotland, focused on driving sales across material processing, recycling and waste equipment.
Typical Duties
- Leading and developing a team of Sales Managers across Scotland
- Owning and delivering the regional sales plan
- Selling crushers, screeners, shredders, material handlers and attachments
- Managing key accounts and building new high value relationships
- Handling part exchange and trade in opportunities
- Using digital tools for pipeline, forecasting and quoting
- Working closely with internal support, production and workshop teams
- Attending industry shows/exhibitions when required
To be considered
- Proven senior sales experience in material processing, recycling or material handling
- Strong commercial awareness with solid pipeline and margin management
- Confident communicator with good negotiation skills
- Self motivated, structured and results driven
- Strong IT literacy
- Full UK Driving Licence + willingness to travel
