The Ministry of Justice is seeking a hands-on Change Agent for its Glasgow Tribunals Centre. You will lead and engage with stakeholders to implement effective change across the tribunals in Scotland, using established Continuous Improvement tools and frameworks.

This position involves significant stakeholder interaction, fostering change capability among team members, and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving.
