Refuse Loaders & Street Sweep Operators – Fort William

Location: Fort William

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm

Job Type: Full-time, ongoing work

Immediate Start Available

We’re currently recruiting Refuse Loaders and Street Sweep Operators to join our team in Fort William. These are full-time, ongoing positions with an immediate start for the right candidates.

Pay Rates:

Refuse Loaders – £14.00 per hour

Street Sweep Operators – £14.50 per hour (full UK driving licence required)

Refuse Loader Duties:

Working as part of a refuse collection crew

Loading domestic and commercial waste bins onto the refuse vehicle

Assisting the driver and crew with daily collection rounds

Carrying out other associated duties as required

Following health and safety procedures at all times

Street Sweep Operator Duties:

Driving and operating a street sweeping vehicle

Cleaning roads and public areas throughout the Fort William area

Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and punctual individuals

Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Good team player

Street Sweep Operators must hold a valid UK driving licence
