Change Grow Live is recruiting a Support Worker in Edinburgh to join a multidisciplinary team at Craigroyston Health Centre. You will support recovery plans, deliver harm-reduction interventions and help service users access a wide range of care services.

The role focuses on engagement, safeguarding, and enabling sustained recovery with a flexible, user-centered approach. Applicants should have Health and Social Care experience and good English skills.
