Job Description

Change Grow Live in Scotland is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to assess and engage with service users, developing holistic recovery plans and coordinating care within the Recovery Service.

You will support entry into service, lead screening and recovery planning, and work with partners to reduce substance misuse harm while promoting recovery and social reintegration.

The role requires strong communication, group facilitation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with compassion.
