Receptionist Radstone Hotel Part-Time (24 – 32 Hours)
We are looking for a Receptionist at the Radstone Hotel. As the first point of contact for guests arriving at the hotel, ensuring they receive a warm and friendly welcome is essential. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, using our booking system effectively, up-selling, and answering any guest queries, both face-to-face and over the phone.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering a warm and professional welcome to all guests, creating an exceptional first impression at reception.
- Handling telephone enquiries from prospective customers and guests, taking accurate messages and ensuring prompt communication.
- Managing the hotel booking system, including guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payment processing.
- Working closely with managers and other departments to maintain smooth daily operations and provide a seamless guest experience.
- Providing outstanding customer service and responding efficiently to guest needs and requests.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional and well-presented appearance at all times.
- Strong IT and administrative skills, with confidence using booking systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s licence is desirable but not essential.
