Overview

An established and reputable manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Reach Truck Driver/ Administrator to support warehouse supervisors and operations teams with daily administrative and inventory functions. The successful candidate will have previous warehouse administration experience, strong SAP knowledge, and a current Reach Forklift Licence.

This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who can work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and strong communication across operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Warehouse Supervisors and Operations teams
  • Process warehouse documentation including delivery dockets, dispatch paperwork, inventory records, and stock movements
  • Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse data within SAP
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound freight documentation
  • Assist with stock control, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational documentation
  • Liaise with transport providers, production teams, and warehouse staff
  • Support daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Operate Reach Forklift as required to assist with warehouse activities
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within required timeframes
  • Maintain a safe and organised warehouse environment

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Warehouse Administrator or Warehouse Support role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong SAP experience essential
  • Current Reach Forklift Licence required
  • Excellent data entry and computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with inventory management and warehouse systems
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
