Reablement Review Officer: Drive Person-Centred Care

Job Description

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Reablement Review Officer to oversee care package reviews across City Wide services. You will manage a caseload and assess new packages for people following reablement, coordinating with independent sector providers to promote independence.

You will complete reviews within set timescales, ensure high-quality, person-centred care, and contribute to cost-effective planning within the council’s budget.
