Rail Mechanical Fitter – High-Impact Shifts & £38/hr

Job Description

Ford & Stanley Group in the UK is recruiting a Mechanical Fitter to maintain Rail Head Treatment Trains (RHTT) across the rail network. You will service high-pressure water jetting systems, sanding units and other mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components.

Based in Rutherglen near Glasgow, the role is 50 hours per week with morning and night shifts, paid at £38.00 per hour inside IR35. The contract runs until December 2026.
