Job Description
Our global manufacturing client is looking to add a Quotations Estimator to their Tendering team. This is an exciting opportunity with a strong pay and benefits package, backed up by excellent support. They also have a work-life balance friendly hybrid model in place.
This person will support the tendering/proposals team by collaborating with cross-functional teams and will assist in developing proposals that align with client needs and the company’s business strategy.
There will be key involvement in the following areas:
Tender Coordination
- Assist in preparing tender packages.
- Help prepare proposals with necessary documentation.
- Work with internal stakeholders from different locations.
Project Execution Plan & Schedule
- Support in gathering information from teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to help plan project execution.
Costing
- Assist in preparing cost estimates using internal systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Support in gathering data for product cost bench-marking.

Skills/Experience Required
- Some experience in a quotations/estimating, sales support, engineering, or project-related work is a plus.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a global team.
- Basic familiarity with tools like SAP or similar systems would be advantageous.
