Quantity Surveyor – Scotland Region

The Role:

  • Based in Glasgow with regional travel
  • Support commercial team across multiple developments
  • Manage procurement through to final accounts
  • Set, monitor and deliver budgets
  • Produce accurate reports and forecasts

What We’re Looking For:

  • RICS qualification and surveying degree/HND
  • Previous quantity surveying experience (or Assistant QS seeking progression)
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Solutions-focused approach
