Job Description

Apex Resources currently require a Quantity Surveyor for our client based in Edinburgh.

Will be working with the Construction industry on social housing programs as well as internal and external refurbishments. Flexible working involved between the office, site and some home working.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of simultaneously managing multiple projects is preferential
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate with proficient Microsoft office skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence as travel is a must with this role
  • The role will also require a DBS check to be completed
