Quality Technician
Contract details: Outside IR35, 12-months, on-site, 40 hours per week, flexible rates, Glasgow
Key aspects of the role:
– Performing visual and dimensional inspections of aerospace components against engineering drawings and standards.
– Documenting mechanical inspection results and maintaining full traceability.
– Supporting calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
– Identifying and escalating non-conformances to quality engineers.
Key Skills:
– Interpret schematics / engineering drawings
– IPC testing
– Mechancial Inspections
– Two years minimum experience in aerospace, defence, or high-reliability electronics manufacturing/inspection.
– Familiarity with ISO and cleanroom protocols
