Affinity Trust in Scotland seeks a proactive Quality Partner to lead QA visits, audits and improvements across locations with travel throughout Scotland. You will coach operational teams, drive improvements, and ensure safe, person-centred support for people we support.

The role requires experience in regulated health and social care, strong auditing skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable plans while engaging diverse stakeholders. Travel will be required as part of the role.
