Job Description

NHS Scotland’s Quality Improvement (QI) Team in Inverness is seeking a motivated postholder to support a dynamic improvement workplan across NHS Highland and the Health and Social Care Partnership. You will deliver QI training, coach staff in QI methodology, and help front-line teams design and implement projects.

The role requires strong data analysis skills, SPC and run chart experience, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive sustainable improvement in practice.
