Estate Agency Administrator – Caithness

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Estate Agency Administrator to join our Team.

Based in our office in Wick, the ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients navigate the property market. This role requires excellent communication skills and strong organisational ability to manage multiple clients and properties effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Assisting clients in buying and selling properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process
  • Conducting property viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Preparing and presenting property listings using various marketing strategies to attract potential buyers
  • Staying informed about local market trends, property values and developments to provide accurate information to clients
  • Handling administrative tasks related to property transactions, including preparing contracts, managing documentation, arranging viewings, and pre sale valuation appointments

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred but not essential for motivated candidates willing to learn

This is a full time, permanent role. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We do, however, require the successful candidate to be flexible outwith these hours to accommodate client viewing requirements.

Receptionist – Inverness

We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team in Inverness.

This permanent role involves managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in office software, and demonstrate a friendly yet professional demeanour.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop organisational and administrative skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors and clients to Munro & Noble in a courteous and professional manner
  • Managing appointment scheduling and coordinating meetings efficiently
  • Handling data entry tasks with accuracy, maintaining up-to date records
  • Carrying out general office administration duties such as typing, scanning, filing, banking, dealing with all post including franked mail and DX
  • Using MS Office programmes, e.g. Word, Outlook for daily tasks
  • Supporting team members with organisational needs and correspondence
  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area at all times

Skills

  • Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with data entry and clerical tasks demonstrating attention to detail
  • Competent in typing quickly and accurately under pressure
  • An ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment
  • A friendly demeanour, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities professionally

Experience required

We are looking for candidates with a good standard of general education, particularly English.

Previous experience working in a reception based role, ideally within a legal firm is preferred but not essential. What is important is that you are willing to learn, with a “cando”, flexible attitude.
