Salary & Benefits
Annual earnings from £29,913 based on 39 hours per week. Pay rate during training of £14.75 per hour.
Joining bonus – £500 after 4 weeks, £1,000 after 12 months, another £1,000 after 24 months.

Responsibilities
- Drive the coach safely, confidently and smoothly across the network.
- Deliver top notch customer service; welcome passengers, answer questions, keep them safe and comfortable.
- Ensure every customer has a great journey and is treated with respect and care.
- Work flexible shifts – early, mid, late, evenings, weekends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 21 years of age or older.
- Held a PCV licence for longer than 1 year.
- Coaching experience is preferred but not essential.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Patient, safe, courteous driving approach.
- Positive, friendly attitude and passion for customer service.
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
Working Environment
Co operative supportive environment at the Dumfries outstation managed by Glasgow depot. Operate a fleet of 7 coaches on X74 service with a team of 15 drivers.
Ongoing training with CPC renewal costs covered. Opportunities to grow into roles such as Inspector, Controller, Instructor, and others across the UK.
