Qualified Coach Driver – Aberdeen with £2500 joining bonus
Job Description
Salary: Weekly earnings of £655 with opportunities for overtime, typical annualised salary of £34,000 (42 hrs/week). Joining bonus: £2,500 paid in instalments (£500 after 1, 3, 6, 9, 12 months). Overtime rate £17.60 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Drive our coach fleet safely and confidently on scheduled and private routes.
- Provide a high quality experience for passengers on longer distance travel.
- Deliver top notch customer service, assist with luggage, route queries, and onboard comfort.
- Create a welcoming environment where passengers feel supported and respected.
- Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnights.
Qualifications
- 18 years old and hold a valid PCV licence.
- Hold valid Tachograph Card.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Calm, patient and courteous approach to longer distance driving.
- Positive, professional attitude and genuine passion for customer service.
- Willingness to be part of a brilliant, dedicated coach team.
