Job Summary
Salary: Weekly earnings of £613 with opportunities for overtime. Typical annualised salary of £31,886 (£2000 joining bonus ). Pay rate of £14.60 per hour, 42 hours per week. Shift patterns: early, mid late, and split. Based at Tain depot, Scotsburn Road, IV19 1PP, Tain.
Responsibilities
- Drive the fleet of buses safely and smoothly, ensuring every customer has a positive journey.
- Deliver top notch customer service, answering questions and reassuring passengers.
- Create a welcoming environment where customers feel respected and cared for, especially those who rely on the service most.
- Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and manage split or early/mid late patterns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 18years of age and hold a PCV licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Patient, safe and courteous driving approach.
- Positive, friendly attitude and passion for delivering great customer service.
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
